PAYMENT & DELIVERY
I have not received an order confirmation?
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided with your order. If you have not received an e-mail from us, either the order has not gone through or you may have accidentally given an incorrect email address. Check that the e-mail has not ended up in you spam folder.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Which payment options can I use?
Klarna Checkout – Via Klarna Checkout you can pay by invoice, instalments, swish, card, or direct payment. PayPal – Easy and secure payment. There is no additional fee when paying with PayPal.
In Denmark and Finland you can pay for your purchase with VISA or MasterCard.
Do I have to pay my invoice from Klarna if I am returning an item?
No. If you have chosen invoice as payment method you should report the return on the Klarna website, in their app, or with Klarna customer service. Your invoice will then be paused until we have processed your return. Once the return is processed, your invoice will be credited or adjusted and a new and updated invoice will be sent out by Klarna. If you have paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you about how your money will be refunded. If you wish to extend the due date or manage your invoice, please contact Klarna by phone +46(0)8-120 120 10 or via chat on the Klarna customer service page.
What are the delivery options?
Your purchase is shipped with Schenker. Within Sweden either as a home delivery, for collection in parcel box (iBoxen) or to your nearest Schenker delivery point. Within Denmark and Finland your purchase is shipped with Schenker as a home delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Sweden to a Schenker delivery point: SEK49
Shipping within Sweden to a parcel box (iBoxen): SEK49
Shipping within Sweden, home delivery: SEK89
Shipping within Denmark, home delivery: €10
Shipping within Finland, home delivery: €10
How long will delivery take?
Orders that are placed weekdays before 2:00 pm are normally shipped the same day, otherwise the next business day. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days. Normal delivery time to Denmark and Finland is 2-4 working days.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your shipment via a tracking link included in the delivery email you will receive once your order has been shipped.
RETURN & REFUND
How do I return my order?
You always have the right to return or cancel your purchase within 30 days starting from when you received your package. The products must be unused, returned in their original condition and the original packaging with labels and tags intact. If possible, reuse the bag in which your goods were delivered. Affix the enclosed return label on the package and hand it in at the nearest Schenker delivery point. Remember to keep your return receipt from Schenker. It can take up to 14 days from when you hand in your return at the Schenker delivery point until you receive your refund.
How much does it cost to return an order?
All returns are free of charge, when using the enclosed return label.
How many days do I have to return an item?
You always have the right to return or cancel your purchase within 30 days starting from when you received your package.

It can take up to 14 days from when you hand in your return at the Schenker delivery point until you receive your refund
How do I exchange an item for another?
If you would like to exchange an item for another item or size, please return the item(s) to us and place a new order.
How do I complain about a faulty product that I have bought from Graninges web page?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you by any chance have received a faulty product
How do I complain about a faulty Graninge product that I have bought from a retailer?
Claims regarding products purchased from a Graninge retailer should be raised directly with the retailer in question (applies both to products purchased in a shop and online).
