Description

Åreskutan is our comfortable Chelsea boot that allows you to walk as stylishly on the forest path as in the city. A timeless customer favourite made of leather, with removable insole and extra cushioning under the heel. Smart details such as a smooth elastic side panel and a practical loop at the back make it easy to pull on and take off. Åreskutan is equipped with GRANTEX®, Graninge’s own water resistant TEX membrane. The outsole from Vibram® provides a shock-absorbing and stable grip.

Åreskutan is made of oiled nubuck leather which benefits from being cleaned and treated from time to time with leather wax. This softens and conditions the leather so that it retains its elasticity and prevents it from drying out in cold and wet weather.

Find your shoe size in 5 simple steps:

1. Place a piece of paper on the floor by a wall (without skirting board).

2. Place your foot on the paper with your heel next to the wall. A tip is to put on the socks you plan on wearing with your shoes.

3. Make a mark on the paper where the longest toe on both feet ends.

4. The distance from the edge of the paper to the furthest away dot is your shoe size.

5. Measure in millimetres and use the size guide below to find your correct shoe size.

We recommend adding an extra 10-15 mm to the length of your foot when using the size guide. Partly because feet swell during hiking, and partly to allow room for thicker socks or soles.
If you are uncertain about which size to choose, you are always welcome to contact us at shop@graningeshoes.com and we will help you!
