EXCHANGE & RETURN
You always have the right to return or cancel your purchase within 30 days starting from when you or an agent collected the package from the Schenker delivery point. The products must be unused, returned in their original condition and the original packaging with labels and tags intact.
If possible, reuse the bag in which your goods were delivered. Affix the enclosed return label on the package and hand it in at the nearest Schenker delivery point. Please keep your return receipt from Schenker until you have received your return confirmation from us. Please contact us if you want to make a return from Denmark or Finland, and we will assist with a return label.
SALE ITEMS
You have the right to return all goods, including sale items.
RETURN COST
All returns are free of charge, when using the enclosed return label.
REFUNDS
It can take up to 14 days from when you leave your return at a Schenker delivery point for the funds to show in your account.
Klarna invoice: When we have received your return, Klarna will correct your invoice within 1-5 banking days. For more information, please contact Klarna’s customer service.
For the return to be approved, please note that the product must be returned to us within 30 days, unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with labels and tags intact.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item(s) to us and place a new order.
CLAIMS
Should you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@graningeshoes.com and provide a description and a photo of the fault or damage.
